Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals and we do not retail in any country that requires animal testing.
Are you owned by a company that tests on animals?
No, we are independently owned
Do you use parabens in your products?
No! We use palm oil-free natural preservatives like Lucidal and Vitamin E.
Are your products vegan?
Most of our products are vegan, however those that contain beeswax - like our lip balm line - are not.

Where is my order?
Orders placed at www.shopsomebody.com will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.
How much is shipping?
We currently offer a $9.99 flat rate for shipping anywhere in the country and free shipping for all orders over $40.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we don’t. But we’re hoping that changes sometime in the future.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to love our products as much as we do and if you are not satisfied with your recent purchase we will provide a refund/exchange for any products on www.shopsomebody.com with the exception of our CBD Full Spectrum Oil Drop (those cannot be returned or exchanged). For returns and Exchanges please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase. You will be issued a return label to ship back unopened goods in their original packaging. Once your package has been received, your refund/exchange will be issued within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method or original shipping address minus a restocking fee of $5.00. Regarding shipping, once the package has been shipped, it is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier in regards to any lost or stolen packages. We offer the option to get insurance via Route while checking out which protects your package from loss or theft. If you did not get insurance and your package is lost we won’t be able to replace it. A tracking number will be provided when the package is shipped. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a safe place to receive mail. Somebody is not responsible for any delays once the package has shipped. Please note that no carrier will guarantee delivery times due to the pandemic.

We will do our best to help you but if the package has already left our fulfillment center we won’t be able to make changes. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct before checking out.
