Thank you for visiting and shopping at ShopSomebody.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping processing time

Orders placed at www.shopsomebody.com will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders (including express-delivery orders) placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following 1-2 business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Additionally, opened or unopend, there are NO RETURNS on lip balms.

Shipping rates and delivery fees

Shipment costs a flat rate of $9.99 or free for orders over $50. Flat rate and free shipping orders ship via USPS. We also offer Expedited Shipping via FedEx which arrives in 2-4 business days from the time the order has been processed (1-2 business days of order being placed)

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

www.shopsomebody.com ships to P.O boxes and addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses- this option is ONLY available with standard USPS shipping and not Expedited Shipping.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Somebody is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or if the wrong shipping address is entered at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier for any inquiries about lost or stolen packages once the package has been shipped. To safeguard your package from loss or theft, we offer the option to add insurance via Route during the checkout process. Please note that if you choose not to add insurance and your package goes missing, we are unable to replace it. Rest assured, a tracking number will be provided once your package is shipped. It is important for buyers to designate a secure location for receiving mail as Somebody cannot be held accountable for any delays once the package has been shipped. Due to the ongoing pandemic, we would like to highlight that no carrier can guarantee delivery times.

Damages

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us. Please email support@shopsomebody.com within 14 days of receipt with images of the damaged goods and your order number.

Payments

We offer secure online ordering and accept Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Returns

We value your satisfaction with our products and want you to enjoy them as much as we do. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your recent purchase, we offer a straightforward refund/exchange policy for unopened and unused only products bought from www.shopsomebody.com. Products that have been opened or used cannot be exchanged or returned. Please note that our CBD Full Spectrum Oil Drops cannot be returned or exchanged. For returns and exchanges, simply reach out to our dedicated support team at support@shopsomebody.com within 30 days of your purchase. They will assist you in obtaining a return label to send back the unopened goods in their original packaging. Once we receive your package, the returned products will undergo quality control to assure that they have not been opened or used. Once the return passes QC we will process your refund/exchange within 5-7 business days. Please be aware that a restocking fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund/exchange.

Subscription

Cancellations: You have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, please log into your account or contact our customer support team. Subscription cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent delivery. Refunds for Cancellations: If you cancel your subscription after a payment has been processed for an upcoming shipment, the cancellation will take effect from the subsequent billing cycle, and no refund will be provided for the already processed payment.

State Restrictions

Until we have obtained the proper certifications, we do not ship to Florida, Iowa or Rhode Island.
